A variant on the famous Cherokee Purple, with fruits that retain green interiors when ripe, while the blossom end skin signals readiness by turning a yellow/amber shade. Flavor is bold and complex, with more tang than red tomatoes. Beefsteak fruits are 8oz+, on big vigorous plants.
