This white-seeded grain sorghum
produces heavily even in short seasons
with cool nights. Vigorous 4-foot plants
are easy to grow, and their dense strikingly
ornamental seedheads are a surprising garden
focal point. Seeds can be popped, cooked
as a grain, or ground into flour. Harvest when
seeds get too hard for a thumbnail to pierce
-- or when birds decide they're ripe.

Received the seed promptly. Well packaged and good instructions. Haven't planted yet so don't know how well they'll do.
