This white-seeded grain sorghum
produces heavily even in short seasons
with cool nights. Vigorous 4-foot plants
are easy to grow, and their dense strikingly
ornamental seedheads are a surprising garden
focal point. Seeds can be popped, cooked
as a grain, or ground into flour. Harvest when
seeds get too hard for a thumbnail to pierce
-- or when birds decide they're ripe.

Well packaged and seller was helpful in answering many of my questions promptly. Haven't germinated yet but other seeds I have from shop had high success rate.
