Grappoli d'Inverno Tomato

$3.50

Sometimes called ‘Winter Grape’, this Italian is actually a plum-size variety. The literal translation, ‘Bunches in Winter’, refers to the tradition of pulling up the plant at season’s end and hanging it from the rafters to ripen fruits well into winter. Though technically determinate, ripening loads of fruit at once and holding well on the vine, it will keep producing heavily until frost. Astonishing yields. Great taste for fresh eating.
