Rat-tail radish is an Asian heirloom that does not have an edible root, but instead is grown for its profusion of spicy immature seed pods. Plants start small but quickly produce flowering branches that spread 3 feet tall and wide. Harvest slim green or purplish pods when just beginning to plump up, before the tails get fibrous. Great in stir-fried dishes, raw in salads, or pickled. Also valuable in the garden as a fast way to attract pollinators in early spring.

I am not satified about buying

This items did not sprout. Not one single seed. I even soaked some in water and even then, no action. Also, the red beets and these radishes were mislabeled. The beets were in the radish package and the radishes in the packet marked beets. I know what the radish seeds look like, so I am not mistaken. Will not order from this seller again.
