Rat-Tail Radish

Rat-tail radish is an Asian heirloom that does not have an edible root, but instead is grown for its profusion of spicy immature seed pods. Plants start small but quickly produce flowering branches that spread 3 feet tall and wide. Harvest slim green or purplish pods when just beginning to plump up, before the tails get fibrous. Great in stir-fried dishes, raw in salads, or pickled. Also valuable in the garden as a fast way to attract pollinators in early spring.

I got my seeds very quickly. Fast shipping. I started a few seeds indoor and they grew very tall, but look very healthy. I can't wait to put them in my garden. I love this seedpods soup. Thank you!

Shipping was quick & perfectly packed. The seed packs look great (no I'm not going to count every seed), looks full to me. The pic and instructions are a bonus. I'm looking forward to starting these in the Spring, Double Yes on I will be buying more from this site/ Ralph

Can’t wait to grow radishes this year. I’m grateful you are selling seeds. They are hard, if not impossible, to find in my area. Thank you.
