Rat-tail radish is an Asian heirloom that does not have an edible root, but instead is grown for its profusion of spicy immature seed pods. Plants start small but quickly produce flowering branches that spread 3 feet tall and wide. Harvest slim green or purplish pods when just beginning to plump up, before the tails get fibrous. Great in stir-fried dishes, raw in salads, or pickled. Also valuable in the garden as a fast way to attract pollinators in early spring.

Can’t wait to grow radishes this year. I’m grateful you are selling seeds. They are hard, if not impossible, to find in my area. Thank you.
