Compact plants produce dozens of wrinkly thin-walled 2-4” peppers, which are traditionally harvested green, sautéed briefly, sprinkled with salt, and eaten whole. They’re also a great addition to stir-fries, salsa, or any dish that needs a little flavor boost.
