‘Salada Musume’ Burdock
Burdock root has been revered for centuries as both food and medicine, and is a premier liver tonic in many cultures. As food it may be best known for the traditional Japanese dish Kinpira Gobo, stir-fried with carrots into sweet earthy slivers. As a world-class weed, its seed burrs were the model for the invention of Velcro. Fortunately burdock is biennial, its roots ready to harvest before seeds form. Salada Musume has another advantage – 12-16” roots, much shorter than burdock’s usual 3-footers, which are practically impossible to dig up.

I ordered these on April 8th. It's the 30th and I still have not received them. No tracking. Especially when I'm trying to get seeds started, if your going to be way behind, you NEED to update your shipping times so that gardeners can take another route if your times wont work for them.
