This heirloom dry bean gets its name from its Caribbean origin, but it is just as well known by other names due to its remarkable black and white color pattern – like the Orca whale, or the ancient Yin Yang symbol. Creamy texture, delicious flavor with hints of potato, in a round bean that doubles in size when cooked. Plants have a compact bush habit and do well in a wide range of weather conditions.
